"黃柏寺-龍慶峽-庫尾-後河"快樂踏冰游記

公交策略:

早上7:00積水潭地鐵站A口集合,買早點,人齊了後到德勝門箭樓後面坐「919快」到延慶南菜園,原計劃換乘y40,只是y40首發車10點,我們到那邊時9點20分,為了節省時間所以就直接打車到黃柏寺山口登山處,到了目的地碰巧趕上防火安全員巡查,溝通了10多分鍾還是沒能在預定軌跡上山,我們又趕緊從「六隻腳」上搜了另一條可以進山的軌跡,因為是前天其他驢友剛上傳的,我們斷定是能可以走的,於是司機帶著我們來到了附近另一個指定位置,沒有巡視人員,我們順利開始登山。留了司機的聯系方式,以便回來是讓過來接。

活動強度:

黃柏寺-龍慶峽-庫尾-後河-小桂林上-黃柏寺,全程15公里,累計爬升約800米。

參考資料:

龍慶峽位於北京市延慶區城東北10公里的古城村西北的古城河口,距北京城區85公里。龍慶峽古稱「古城九曲」,被人們譽為北京的「小灕江」,是北京十六景之一。其水源於海坨山東麓,經玉渡山匯入古城水庫。

延慶的龍慶峽峰巒峭立,山清水秀,7公里長的峽谷既有南方的秀麗,又有北方的雄奇,開闊與幽深間或,險峻與淺灘並存,神仙院、金剛寺、玉泉閣、神筆峰等奇山異景勝似仙境,

後河又名「古城河」,處在龍慶峽的上游,發源於延慶西北30餘公里處的虛敗含海坨山,向東流入古城水庫,即龍慶峽水庫。然後通過古城河河道匯於媯水河,因其水流隨山勢蜿蜒,故有「古城九曲」之稱。(以上資料來自互聯網)

活動概述:

    第一次冬季踏冰之旅,滿懷期待與激情,提前做好了出行攻略,雖然沒能在預定的地點登山,但是大家都滿懷興奮與緊張的在一條新的軌跡上進入登山點,9點50開始進山,剛開始進山的一段,算是無路叢林穿越,我們緊盯軌跡,由於天氣太涼,手機時不時會死機,插上充電寶好好多了,只是由於局部信號問題有時會多少偏移軌跡,偏移大了要朝著軌跡靠攏,舉步維艱,從荊棘與酸棗樹從中緩慢穿行,有的衣服刮破了,有的手刮傷了,鞋子里枯改滿是碎樹葉,樹枝,沙土,但這些絲毫不能阻擋我們前進的步伐,以及大家的熱情,大約緩慢穿梭了將近50分鍾, 10點半終於走出叢林,步入正軌,來到一條鋪滿碎石的小道上。大家心情也舒暢了很多,一路有說有笑,剛才經歷的艱辛彷彿就像沒有發生,看了一下軌跡估測,我們決定用兩個小時到達龍慶峽。

    沿途伴隨著歡歌笑語,偶遇一些不知名的古城牆還有涼亭,爬過了城牆算是真正的攀登開始了...

    崎嶇山路兩邊的奇特地形,讓大家心潮澎湃,大家時而講個故事,時而說說曾經,時而開個玩笑,在走走停停中2個小時的登山過的很快,中午12點半我們准時到達了目的地龍慶峽。

    走到巍峨陡峭的高山以及峽谷里的牛奶冰面前時,大家都沸騰了,紛紛掏出手機,自拍的,拍他的,玩冰的,不亦樂乎。

    帶著興奮,大家都來到了冰面上,峽谷里的溫度晚上大概零下20多度,目測冰的厚度有30多厘米,安全感油然而生,時不時傳來的冰面爆裂聲還是讓大家謹小慎微,夥伴們踏冰,攝影,歡笑完全忘卻了峽谷里的寒冷。

  不知什麼原因形成的氣泡,像一柱住層疊的雲朵,也像一串串珍珠,都是以前所沒有遇見過的

    冰面上偶遇垂釣的人,恰巧釣上來兩條小魚,雖然魚有點小,但是一群人圍著看的激動萬分,或許垂釣的樂趣並不在意魚的大小。真正想釣到大魚的話得往裡下網准能網到,如果下次有機會冰上露營,我准備帶一個漁網,鑿開冰之後把網下入,第二天早上鑿冰收網,然後紅燒魚,烤魚,水煮魚...

    沿途冰面上遇到幾波冰上露營的人,根據他們的親身體驗最起碼的裝備要求1200g以上的羽絨睡袋,同時也要配置厚點的防潮墊,還有一個需要克服的就是帳篷底下冰面爆裂聲恐懼,白天聽到冰裂聲都得謹小慎微,晚上他們說驚魂刺激爽爆了,或許只有親身體驗才能感受得到吧……

  廢棄的游輪依稀感受到過去的熱鬧,我的單反也是在拍完這個游輪之後不小心給弄丟了

      喜歡戶外的人攝影水平一般都不錯,差笑就像這位酷愛攝影的小哥(旺仔)專注的做著自己喜歡的事,無問西東

    豐盛的午餐從來都是戶外活動不可或缺的,特別是包餃子,雖然我們准備午餐的時候快下午2點了,大家分工明確,帥哥們生火的,燒水的,美女們包餃子的,慧姐提前調好的豬肉大蔥餃子餡。使得這次吃的餃子是有生以來最好吃的豬肉餡餃子之一,這才是真正的餃子王。

  餃子出鍋

    每次去戶外,啤酒是必備,看著高山峻嶺,冰川雪地,喝著涼啤酒感覺就是一個爽……

  參加過戶外才知道香蕉橘子都是可以烤著吃的 

    酒足飯飽下午四點半從小桂林爬升,正式踏上返程路,這個爬升約75度折線爬升垂直距離350米左右,對於吃的很飽的我們來說壓力不小,不過天也快黑了,我們必須趕在天黑前下山

    爬升的過程,會時不時的在不同的高度回望一下峽谷的中冰面,像剛要分開的親友,依依不捨,走走停停中時而拍拍遠處的冰,時而原地休息聊天,大概過了半個多小時,我們算是爬到了第一個小頂,接下來的路程輕松多了

      大約下午5點半左右,我們到了另一個小山頭的小高點,也看到了村莊附近的谷口,情不自禁的舉起勝利者的手勢。

    下午6點左右,走到谷口,『V』字形谷口的造型與勝利的手勢不謀而合,也宣告了我們今天踏冰旅行的結果,圓滿完成這次回味無窮的後河踏冰之旅。

    本次活動,從黃柏寺東口按藍線逆時針完成一個環形穿越。有爬升,有距離,有美景,有美食。從上午9:30進山,到下午6點回到黃柏寺村,歷時8小時30分鍾,中間有兩個半小時包餃子煮餃子吃餃子,我們踏冰攝影,充分欣賞了冰花之美,流連於「小灕江」的「秀美與雄奇」,此線路難易適宜,適合新老用戶外愛好者。

Ⅱ 各位帥哥美女們,誰知道中國有什麼傳統食物

湯圓Tangyuan
Tangyuan is the traditional food for the Lantern Festival or Yuanxiao Festival. The small mpling balls are usually made of glutinous rice flour.

We call these balls yuanxiao or tangyuan. Obviously, they get the name from the festival itself. Made of sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing and round in shape, it symbolizes family unity, completeness and happiness.

The fillings inside the mplings or yuanxiao are either sweet or salty. Sweet fillings are made of sugar, Walnuts, sesame, osmanthus flowers, rose petals, sweetened tangerine peel, bean paste, or jujube paste. A single ingredient or any combination can be used as the filling. The salty variety is filled with minced meat, vegetables or a mixture.

The way to make yuanxiao also varied between northern and southern China. The usual method followed in southern provinces is to shape the dough of rice flour into balls, make a hole, insert the filling, then close the hole and smooth out the mpling by rolling it between your hands. In North China, sweet or non-meat stuffing is the usual ingredient. The fillings are pressed into hardened cores, dipped lightly in water and rolled in a flat basket containing dry glutinous rice flour. A layer of the flour sticks to the filling, which is then again dipped in water and rolled a second time in the rice flour. And so it goes, like rolling a snowball, until the mpling is the desired size.

粽子Zongzi
Zongzi is the festive food traditionally served ring Dragon Boat Festival celebrations.

During the Duanwu Festival, a glutinous rice pudding called zongzi is eaten to symbolize the rice offerings to Qu. Ingredients such as beans, lotus seeds(蓮子), chestnuts(栗子), pork fat and the golden yolk of a salted ck egg are often added to the glutinous rice. The pudding is then wrapped with bamboo leaves, bound with a kind of raffia and boiled in salt water for hours.
